RUO Waiver

  • You understand the RUO designation.
  • You will use all products strictly within lawful research parameters.
  • EIR AMINOS is not responsible for any use outside these parameters.
  • You assume all liability for improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized application.

Authentication & Account Security

EIR AMINOS uses passwordless authentication.

You will never receive a password reset email from us because we do not use or store passwords.

Login methods include:

  • Single Sign‑On (SSO) via Google, Microsoft, or Amazon
  • Magic Login links delivered to your email

Authentication tokens are temporary, securely transmitted, and expire automatically. We do not retain authentication data beyond what is required to complete the login process.

Shipping times may vary based on carrier availability and destination.

Refunds

Due to the nature of research reagents, opened, used, or compromised products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Unopened items may be considered for return on a case‑by‑case basis, subject to:
